REFUND POLICY

1. Full Refunds

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

  • Inclement Weather (Before Departure Only): If weather conditions make boating unsafe (e.g., storms, heavy rain, high winds) and we cancel the reservation before the renter leaves the dock, we will issue a full refund. The decision to cancel due to weather will be at our discretion based on local weather forecasts and safety considerations.

  • Boat Malfunctions (Before Departure): If a boat experiences a mechanical failure before the rental begins and we cannot provide a suitable replacement, we will issue a full refund.

🚨 No Refunds for Bad Weather After Departure

Once a renter leaves the dock, no refunds will be given for bad weather. Renters assume responsibility for monitoring weather conditions and making informed decisions before departure.

2. Partial Refunds (Prorated for Time on Water)

  • If a boat breaks down during a rental and the renter is unable to continue their trip, we will prorate their refund based on the time they spent on the water.

3. Cancellation Policy

To receive a full refund, customers must cancel at least 72 hours before their scheduled rental.

  • Cancellations within 72 hours of the rental date: Customers will receive 50% of their payment back.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations: No refund will be issued.

4. Payment Requirements

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure a reservation. We do not hold or reserve boats without full payment.
