3. Rental Agreement and Responsibilities
All renters and participants must read, understand, and sign the rental agreement before engaging in any activities. Renters are responsible for the care and return of all rented equipment in the same condition it was received, excluding normal wear and tear. Any damage, loss, or theft of rented property will be the renter’s responsibility, and applicable charges may be incurred.

4. Safety Requirements
All participants must comply with local, state, and federal boating and safety regulations. W2W requires all renters and participants to wear U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jackets where required and to follow safety instructions provided by staff. Failure to adhere to safety guidelines may result in termination of rental or participation without refund.

5. Alcohol and Substance Use Policy
The use of alcohol and drugs while operating a boat or engaging in watersports is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of rental without refund, and authorities may be notified as applicable under state and federal laws.

6. Weather and Cancellation Policy
W2W reserves the right to cancel or reschedule rentals and activities due to unsafe weather conditions. In such cases, rescheduling options will be provided. Refunds will be issued at the sole discretion of W2W.

7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless W2W, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, demands, damages, or legal expenses arising from your participation, including but not limited to third-party claims resulting from your actions.
